The basics, settled up front
38 years in business
Plenty of cleaning outfits come and go. We have stuck around, account by account.
Bonded and insured
Crews carry bonding. The work carries liability coverage. Ask any time.
Assigned crew
Your account gets its own team. Not whoever happens to be on the board that night.
Scope in writing
Every task. Every frequency. Agreed before day one.
Floors in house
Strip, wax, burnish, scrub, extract. No subcontractors.
Seven Services. One Account. One Crew.
Start with one. Add more later. Every service rolls into the same account, with the same team and the same contact.
Commercial Janitorial Services
Your recurring clean. Restrooms done and restocked. Breakrooms wiped. Trash out. Desks and ledges dusted. Handles and switches sanitized. Carpet vacuumed, hard floors mopped. Same crew each visit.
Day Porter Services
Daytime staff in your lobby and halls. Restrooms checked and stocked. Lobby kept sharp. Spills handled fast. Kitchens reset after lunch. Your building, presentable until close.
VCT Floor Stripping, Sealing & Waxing
Old wax off. Tile rinsed and sealed. New finish laid in thin coats. Burnished to a hard shine. Done overnight or over a weekend, so nobody walks around wet floors.
Warehouse Floor Scrubbing
Auto scrubbers on sealed concrete. Aisles, docks and staging areas cleared of tire marks and grime. Scheduled between shifts so freight keeps moving.
Commercial Deep Cleaning
One visit. Everything. Vents, fixtures, baseboards, door frames, restroom and kitchen detail, then floors. Book it before keys change hands, before a grand reopening, before an inspector arrives or before a big gathering.
Electrostatic Disinfection
Charged spray. Disinfectant droplets wrap around chairs, handles and fixtures, reaching backs and undersides. EPA-registered products. Each label read and obeyed, contact time included.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction for heavy soil. Shampoo for traffic lanes. Encapsulation when the room has to reopen fast. Spots pretreated. Mats included.

Crew assigned
Your team is picked and trained on your scope. Keys and alarm codes are set up. Start date confirmed.
Service and checks
Cleaning starts, often with a deep clean first. Supervisors inspect against the scope from then on.
Why Accounts Stay With Us
Short version: the crew does not change, the scope does not drift and the floors do not get handed off. Most cleaning complaints come from one of those three. Remove them and the complaints mostly stop. Here is how we do it.
Your schedule, not ours
Nightly. Twice a week. Weekends. Overnight. Crews run at every hour, so we fit your building, not the other way around.
Inspections on a routine
Supervisors check the work against your checklist on a set rotation. Standards hold in month ten, not just week one.
A scope you can read
Rooms listed. Duties listed. Frequency listed. Signed off before anyone shows up with a mop.
Floor care from the same team
Strip and wax, burnishing, auto scrubbing and carpet extraction are done by our own people. One company. One schedule.

Storefronts, churches, gyms and schools get schedules built around opening hours, services and events.
Industrial edges
Warehouses and flex space toward Grapevine, Roanoke and the airport get concrete scrubbing planned around shifts.

Rotating crews forget the details. Yours will not. One team learns your building and keeps learning it: the alarm quirks, the conference room that runs late, the restroom that always needs more paper. Find out what that costs.

Quick Answers for Facility Managers
The questions we get most. Answered briefly.
Day porter: what is it, and is it worth it for us?
Think of it as a daytime crew of one. They keep restrooms stocked, lobbies tidy, kitchens reset and spills handled. If your building is busy enough to look worn by mid-afternoon, a porter is usually worth it.
How long do we have to commit for?
Terms are covered on the quote call and written into your agreement, so you know them before you sign anything. Ask about the length that suits your building. The scope and price are always on paper first.
Can you write a scope just for our building?
Yes. Every scope is custom. We list your rooms, set tasks and frequencies for each and adjust it as your needs change.
When does a building need a one-time deep clean, and what is in it?
Typical triggers: a tenant arriving or leaving, a reopening, an inspection, a big gathering. It covers high dusting, vents, fixtures, walls, baseboards, restroom and kitchen detail and floors. Many accounts start with one before recurring service.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
By the building. Size, number of restrooms and kitchens, flooring, foot traffic and visit frequency drive it. A walkthrough or a solid phone call produces a free quote in writing. No add-ons appear later.
Buff, burnish or strip: which does our floor need?
Stripping removes all old finish down to bare tile. Buffing is a slower polish for light touch-ups. Burnishing spins a pad fast enough to warm and toughen the top coat into a gloss. A good floor plan uses all three.
Are restrooms, breakrooms and kitchens included?
Yes. Restrooms are cleaned, sanitized and restocked every visit. Breakrooms and kitchens get counters, sinks, tables, appliance fronts and floors. Extra kitchen tasks can be added to your scope.
How often should commercial carpet be deep cleaned?
High-traffic areas, a few times a year. Quieter offices, less often. Nightly vacuuming stretches the gap. We can set a rotation so busy lanes get extracted more often.
What is electrostatic disinfection?
A sprayer charges each disinfectant droplet as it leaves the nozzle. Those droplets seek out nearby objects and coat them on every side, backs and bottoms included. Products are EPA-registered. Labels and dwell times are followed to the letter.
Organized Cleaning, Run Like an Account
